About Assessor Lawrence Desadier

Assessor Desadier has been serving the Winn Parish community since his first election in 2007, with his initial term commencing on January 1, 2009. He is currently in his fifth term, reflecting the trust and confidence the community places in his leadership. Throughout his tenure, Assessor Desadier has achieved the designation of Certified Louisiana Assessor and remains committed to ongoing education to maintain this certification.

Our Commitment to the Community

Under Assessor Desadier's guidance, the office has implemented numerous updates to better serve the public. These enhancements include the introduction of a public computer for community use and the installation of a new phone system to improve communication. We are also excited to announce the launch of an online Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping System, which will provide accessible property mapping services to the public.
